Sealed Bids for the Sub-Systems 3 & 1-East Cleaning & CCTV Inspection Project will be received by the City of Walterboro, at the Walterboro City Hall, 242 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC  29488, until 5:00 pm local time on March 29, 2021, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 1,600 linear feet (LF) of existing 18” gravity sewer lines and 16,000 LF of 8” gravity sewer lines along with related items. 

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.  Bids shall be on a unit item basis.

Clary E-mail: sclary@hybrideng.com.   Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. 

Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the City of Walterboro 242 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC  29488, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. 

Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above.  The Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via e-mail.  The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.  Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.  Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.  Bids may be e-mailed to the Walterboro Public Works Director at mcrosby@walterborosc.org. 

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
