Revised Public Hearing Notice USDA Rural Development
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Walterboro City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, at 12:00 P.M. This will be a phone/video conference virtual meeting using Zoom. The meeting ID and link to view the meeting will be displayed on the City’s website at www.walterborosc.org.
The purpose of the meeting is to give an opportunity to become acquainted with a proposed USDA Rural Development project consisting generally of acquiring police vehicles, a fire truck, and a backhoe.
Citizens will have the opportunity to comment on such items as economic and environmental impacts, service area, and alternatives to the project.
Projects funded by Rural Development are equal opportunity programs and discrimination in the program is prohibited by federal law.
