PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Walterboro City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 6:15pm at Walterboro City Hall located 242 Hampton Street, to receive public comments on the following proposed ordinance:

Ordinance #2021-06, An ordinance to repeal Chapter 8, Business License and Business Regulations, Article I, in General and Article II, Business License Ordinance, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Walterboro, South Carolina, and to replace said Chapter 8 Ordinance with Chapter 8 Entitled Business License ordinances.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available in the City Manager’s Office at City Hall, 242 Hampton Street.  Written comments may be mailed to the City Manager, City of Walterboro, P.O. Box 709, Walterboro, SC 29488 and must be received prior to the public hearing.  Please call the City Manager’s office (843-782-1010) for additional information or for disabled persons needing auxiliary aids at least a 24-hour notice if auxiliary aids are required.
