The February 5, 2019 regular City Council Meeting has been rescheduled to Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at 6:15 P.M. at City Hall, 242 Hampton Street, Walterboro, SC.  

 

Tea is for Teddy

Join the Colleton Museum for a fun filled afternoon of TEAlight! The history of afternoon tea, proper tea etiquette, and how to brew the perfect pot of tea is shared. Audience members also learn the history of the teddy bear and Margarete Steiff, founder of the Steiff stuffed animal and teddy bear company. Rediscover the simple pleasure of afternoon tea with teddy.

Advanced Tickets ONLY. Tickets are $10 per person. Tea and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. Call 843.549.2303 to register.

DUx: ACE Basin

South Carolina Ducks Unlimited (SCDU) and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) will host a collaborative event, showcasing years of successful conservation efforts benefiting wetland habitats. Ducks Unlimited: Experiences, or “DUx” events, offer participants a unique opportunity to learn more about conservation efforts through small group activities across the state.
