Ladson Fishburne

Ladson Fishburne was elected to Walterboro City Council and sworn in on January 07, 2020. This is his first time holding a political office. He has been appointed a liaison to the City Appearance Board. He was a previous chair of Keep Colleton Beautiful before this election.

Ladson was born and raised in Walterboro. The only time living out of Walterboro was when he attended Winthrop University. He graduated from Winthrop in 2015 with a BS in Digital Information Design.

Ladson works for the Volvo plant in Ridgeville, SC and has spent three years on their customs team. He is in charge of tariff classification, country of origin audits and regional value content analysis for free trade agreements. He passed the US Customs Broker License exam in 2017.

Ladson enjoys fishing, hunting, tennis, golf and attending USC Salkehatchie basketball games.
