Meet up at your favorite neighborhood coffee shop - Coastal Coffee Roasters (Summerville SC) at 10 am for sign in and review of paddle.
Kayak and paddleboard Rentals are $45 and we offer shuttle for those with their own equipment for $20 per person.
Pre-order your Coastal Breakfast BLT at 20% off for this event only from CCR, and it will be ready at sign in ( call CCR at 843-376-4559).
We will load up and shuttle to put in location- Howard Bridgman Landing/ BaconsBridge. We will paddle over 3 historic miles down the Ashley River enjoying all the scenic landscapes this river has to offer. We will paddle past Colonial Dorchester State Historical Site, the 1697 Trading Town of Dorchester. Catch a view of the old powder magazine and tabby fort construction dated back to 1757. The paddle will end at Jessens Boat Landing, we will load back up and transport back to Coastal Coffee Roasters. Oak Road Brewery & Coastal Coffee Roasters will be open to enjoy upon your return!
