Attorney, Walterboro – Colleton County Airport Commission

The Walterboro - Colleton County Airport Commission is accepting letters of interest and resumes for the position of Legal Counsel to the Commission.

  • Candidates must have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
  • The ideal applicant will have a good knowledge of and experience in contract law, real estate law, landlord-tenant law, and FOIA requirements, as well as a knowledge of local government and municipal law.
  • Aviation experience or experience with FAA regulations, requirements, and grants is a plus.
