Take the SC-64 exit- EXIT 57- toward LODGE/WALTERBORO. Turn LEFT onto BELLS HWY/SC-64. Turn RIGHT onto N JEFFERIES BLVD/US-15/SC-64. Continue to follow N JEFFERIES BLVD. Turn RIGHT onto DE TREVILLE ST. Continue on DE TREVILLE ST. until entering Sanctuary.

From points South on Interstate 95:
Take I-95 N. Merge onto SC-63 E via EXIT 53 toward US-15/US-17-AL/WALTERBORO. Turn LEFT onto DE TREVILLE ST.

From Charleston:

Take US-17 S toward Savannah. Merge onto SC-64 to Walterboro. Stay straight as SC-64 turns into Hampton St/SC-63. Turn Left onto N JEFFERIES BLVD/US-15/SC-64. Turn Right onto De Treville St. Continue on DE TREVILLE ST.until entering Sanctuary.

From Columbia:
Take I-26 E toward Charleston. Merge onto I-95 S via EXIT 169A toward SAVANNAH. Take the SC-64 exit- EXIT 57- toward LODGE/WALTERBORO. Turn LEFT onto BELLS HWY/SC-64. Turn RIGHT onto N JEFFERIES BLVD/US-15/SC-64. Continue to follow N JEFFERIES BLVD. Turn RIGHT onto DE TREVILLE ST. Continue on DE TREVILLE ST. until entering Sanctuary.

From Summerville/Goose Creek/Monks Corner:

Start out going SOUTH on US-17 ALT. Turn Left onto N JEFFERIES BLVD/US-15/SC-64. Turn RIGHT onto DE TREVILLE ST. Continue on DE TREVILLE ST.until entering Sanctuary.
